Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Flappy Cube app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Dominik Brun / BD Interactive Studios (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "as is".

Data Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent using the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

If you create an account, the Application also collects:

• Your username and password (stored securely via Unity Authentication)
• Game data such as high scores, coins, statistics, and unlocked items (stored via Unity Cloud Save)
• Your Google Play Games profile information if you sign in with Google

The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.

The Application does not use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or to provide features.

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the game functionality, including cloud saves and leaderboards
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob
• To improve the Application and user experience

Legal Basis for Processing (Art. 6 GDPR)

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing necessary to provide game functionality, including account management, cloud saves, and leaderboards.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Personalized advertising through Google AdMob is only enabled after you have given your consent via the consent dialog (for users in the EEA).
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Non-personalized advertising and general improvement of the Application. Our legitimate interest is to finance the free Application through advertising and to improve the user experience.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect data. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob – used to display advertisements
• Unity – used for authentication, cloud saves, and leaderboards

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to these external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application.

International Data Transfers (Art. 46 GDPR)

Some of the third-party services used by the Application (Google, Unity) are based in the United States. Personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and/or the data protection policies of the respective providers. The Service Provider may disclose personal information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights or respond to government requests
• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to this privacy policy

Advertising

The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and other technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your preferences and consent. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), a consent dialog is shown before personalized advertising is enabled, in compliance with GDPR. You can change your advertising preferences at any time through the privacy settings within the Application.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request information about what data the Service Provider holds about you.
• Correction: You can request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data. See the Delete Account page for instructions.
• Withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by uninstalling the Application or contacting the Service Provider.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the app store.

Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider retains your data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Account data stored in the cloud (high scores, statistics, coins) is retained until you request its deletion. If you would like your data to be deleted, you can request account deletion through the Delete Account page or by contacting the Service Provider at bd.interactive.studios@gmail.com. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request.

Children

The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at bd.interactive.studios@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your data. Physical, electronic, and organizational security measures are used to safeguard the data processed. Account credentials are handled securely through Unity Authentication and are never stored in plain text by the Application.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by posting the updated privacy policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This privacy policy is effective as of March 21, 2026.
